怎么登录？

基础功能不用登录。用 AI 功能时，在“我的账户”里用 Apple 登录即可，新用户会获得免费积分。

购买了积分但没有到账

先退出再重新打开 App，没完成的购买会自动补交。还是没到账，请写信给我们，附上 Apple 发给你的订单号（收据邮件里的 Order ID）。

怎么退款？

付款由 Apple 处理，请通过 reportaproblem.apple.com 向 Apple 申请退款。

怎么删除账号和数据？

在 App 里打开“我的账户”，点“删除账号”。账号信息、昵称、头像和剩余积分都会被清除。翻译记录等内容本来就只保存在你的设备上，删除 App 即可清除。

离线翻译要下载语言包

第一次翻译句子时，系统会提示下载语言包，下载后可以离线使用。没有语言包时会走在线翻译。

Mac 版有两种

Mac App Store 版运行在 App 沙盒里，没有“划词翻译（⌥F）”和“翻译并替换（⌥R）”，可以用右键菜单“服务”里的“用快译翻译”，或复制后按 ⌥V。官网下载的版本是完整功能版。

How do I sign in?

The basic features need no sign-in. For the AI features, sign in with Apple under 我的账户 (My Account); new users receive free points.

I bought points but they didn't arrive

Quit and reopen the app; unfinished purchases are submitted again automatically. If the points still don't show up, email us with the Order ID from Apple's receipt.

How do I get a refund?

Payments are handled by Apple. Request a refund from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

How do I delete my account and data?

In the app open 我的账户 (My Account) and tap 删除账号 (Delete account). Your account information, nickname, avatar and remaining points are erased. Translation history and other content are stored only on your device and are removed when you delete the app.

Offline translation needs a language pack

The first time you translate a sentence the system offers to download a language pack, after which it works offline. Without a pack, online translation is used.

Two Mac versions

The Mac App Store version runs in the App Sandbox and does not include Translate Selection (⌥F) or Translate and Replace (⌥R); use the "Translate with Q-Translator" item in the right-click Services menu, or copy text and press ⌥V. The version downloaded from this site has the full feature set.
