使用条款

这是你和 YISHU LABS（“我们”）之间关于使用快译（Q-Translator）的条款。App 的使用许可适用 Apple 的标准最终用户许可协议（Licensed Application End User License Agreement）；下面的条款补充说明快译账号、积分和 AI 功能。两者有冲突时，许可相关内容以 Apple 的协议为准。
快译账号
查词、翻译等基础功能不需要账号。使用 AI 功能需要用 Apple 登录创建快译账号。请保管好你的 Apple 账号。你可以随时在 App 的“我的账户”里删除账号，删除后账号信息和剩余积分会被清除，不能恢复。
积分和购买
- AI 功能按使用量消耗积分。新用户和受邀用户可能获得免费积分，我们可能调整免费积分的数量和活动规则。
- 积分通过 App Store 的应用内购买获得，付款、发票和退款由 Apple 处理，适用 Apple 的政策；如需退款请通过 reportaproblem.apple.com 向 Apple 申请。
- 积分没有现金价值，不能转让、提现或兑换成其他东西，删除账号后失效。
AI 功能和译文
翻译和 AI 生成的内容可能不准确或不完整，请不要把它们用作医疗、法律、财务或人身安全方面的唯一依据。使用 AI 功能时，你提交的文字、识别出的文字或录音会经快译的服务器转给 AI 服务商处理，详见隐私政策。请不要提交违法内容，也不要提交你无权处理的他人信息。
合理使用
请不要滥用服务：包括用脚本批量调用、绕过积分、破解或逆向接口、干扰服务运行，或者用快译从事违法活动。违反时我们可以限制或终止你的账号。
免责声明和责任限制
快译按“现状”提供，我们不保证服务不会中断或没有错误。在法律允许的范围内，对于因使用或无法使用快译造成的间接损失，我们不承担责任；我们对你的赔偿责任以你在最近 12 个月内为积分支付的金额为限。
条款的变更
我们可能更新这些条款，更新后继续使用快译即表示你接受更新后的条款。重大变更会在 App 或官网上说明。

Terms of Use

These terms are between you and YISHU LABS ("we") and cover your use of Q-Translator (快译). Your license to use the app is governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement; the terms below add the rules for the Q-Translator account, points and AI features. If they conflict, Apple's agreement controls the license itself.
Your account
Dictionary, translation and the other basic features need no account. The AI features require a Q-Translator account created with Sign in with Apple. Keep your Apple account secure. You can delete your account at any time in the app under 我的账户 (My Account); your account information and remaining points are then erased and cannot be recovered.
Points and purchases
- AI features use points according to how much you use them. New and invited users may receive free points, and we may change the amount and the rules of free-point offers.
- Points are bought with App Store in-app purchase. Payment, receipts and refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's policies; to ask for a refund, use reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Points have no cash value, cannot be transferred, withdrawn or exchanged, and are lost when the account is deleted.
AI features and translations
Translations and AI-generated content may be inaccurate or incomplete. Do not rely on them as the only basis for medical, legal, financial or safety decisions. When you use an AI feature, the text, recognised text or recording you submit is passed through our server to an AI provider, as described in the Privacy Policy. Do not submit unlawful content or other people's information that you have no right to process.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse the service: no scripted bulk calls, no circumventing points, no reverse engineering of the interface, no interfering with the service, and no unlawful use. We may limit or terminate accounts that break these rules.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Q-Translator is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, Q-Translator, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for points in the previous 12 months.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continuing to use Q-Translator after an update means you accept the updated terms. Significant changes will be announced in the app or on this site.
